What if your prices are different from the Staged Homes than the Store?

Our store is not required to price-match. Our pricing is based on the use of the product and the age it’s been held in inventory.

 
 
Do you offer Financing?

Yes, we do offer financing. It is simple. Fill out an application with your sales associate and they can process your application in 5-10 minutes. You will receive your credit card in 7–10 business days.

 
 
How will I receive my purchase?

All accessories items are to be taken at the time of sale whether you are purchasing from the store or a model home. We offer a delivery service to those who need it. If you are purchasing from a Staged Home Liquidation sale then it is highly recommended to use our professional movers to prevent potential damage. In some cases, it is required by the home owner that Luxury Home Staging remove all merchandise from a home.

 
 
What is the deposit requirement?

Luxury Home Staging requires a 10% NON-Refundable deposit of the total sale at the time of purchase, for the items you are having delivered or picked up at our store. Once the furniture has been delivered, we will ONLY accept a cashier’s check or money order. We DO NOT accept any other type of payment on delivery. Most customers prefer to pay in full at the time of purchase. If customer puts a deposit greater than 10%, they will receive back all except the 10% non refundable amount. This amount is for the administrative and handling fees incurred upon point of sale. If customer cancels a sale within the 24 hour period of point of sale, they may use that deposit as a credit towards any merchandise.

 
 
How soon can I expect my delivery for the merchandise I purchased?

You will receive a call from our delivery service 1-2 days after your purchase and deliveries can be scheduled within a week. However, it can take longer depending your the purchase or in some cases we can deliver the same day.

 
 
Can I pick up my merchandise?

You may pick up your furniture items from our store. See Contact Us for the address and hours. You must schedule an appointment at least one day prior to your pick up. We have staff available to load your product for you. However, you are responsible for bringing blankets, pads and rope. We will NOT provide this for you.

 
 
Can you return items?

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL! It is best to carry paint, carpet, tile samples and measurements with you to be certain of the match and that your piece will fit in the space needed. Once you have signed your order there will be a 10% cancellation fee on items if you cancel before delivery or pick up. Once items are in your possession there are NO cancellations, NO refunds, No credits and NO returns allowed.

 
 
Do you offer any warranties?

Staged Home sales: We do NOT guaranty any furniture against manufacturer defects. However, all new items are fully inspected for manufacturer defects prior to sale and delivery. All model home liquidation sale items must be inspected at the time of purchase. Once you have signed off on your items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Design Services: Luxury Home Staging guaranties all furniture against manufacture defects in construction for a period of one year. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Delivery fees are not covered in this warranty and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 
 
Do we accept Credit Cards, Checks, Cash or Debit Cards?

Yes, we do accept all the above. However, if you are taking your purchased item with you at the time of sale, we will not accept checks.
